ELIJAH ADI's BACKGROUND

Elijah Adi’s background is built on depth, discipline, and real-world expertise that contributes to effective life strategy. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, I spent years in high-level roles that demanded leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication. 

I served as a tenure track professor, developing academic programs and mentoring students at scale, instilling a sense of purpose and direction in my students. I also worked as a consultant and senior tech recruiter for Amazon Robotics and other top-tier organizations, where I was responsible for evaluating talent for some of the most competitive and performance-driven teams in the industry. 

My earlier roles shaped the foundation of how I lead today. I taught English, served as a Dean of Students in the State System of Higher Education, and even worked behind the bar, gaining an instinctive understanding of people, pressure, and human behavior. These experiences taught me how to assess situations quickly, deliver clarity in complex moments, and help others find practical solutions that work in the real world. 

In addition to content and consulting, I offer life coaching for individuals who want structured guidance, clear direction, and honest insight rooted in lived experience and self-improvement.
